Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Place 8 strips of thick sliced bacon onto a baking sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 12-14 minutes or until crisp
While the bacon is cooking, mix 3 tablespoons of melted butter with a clove of finely minced garlic and a teaspoon of dried parsley in a small bowl and set aside for now
Transfer the bacon onto a paper towel lined plate, crumble when cool enough to touch and set aside until ready to assemble the slider
Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees
Open the slider buns or slice them in half lengthwise and arrange the bottom portions in a baking dish or oven safe skillet
Top generously with shredded sharp cheddar, crumbled bacon and the turkey slices
Add the top buns and brush with melted butter mixture
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through
While the sliders are baking, combine 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of sour cream or greek yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of dried chives, a few cracks of black pepper and a tablespoon of white vinegar in a large bowl. Add 2 cups of shredded iceberg and 1/4 cup of very finely sliced red onion and toss until everything is combined
When the sliders are done, carefully remove the top buns and add the ranch slaw
