Baked Baguette Croutons
Buttery, crunchy croutons seasoned to pair with any soup or salad.

- a medium baguette, cubed
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Place the cubed baguette onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
Toss the bread cubes in the olive oil and then sprinkle the seasoning over
Toss again until all of the bread is lightly coated in olive oil and seasoned generously
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 8-12 minutes or until the croutons are crisp (croutons will become a bit more crisp as they cool)
Serve immediately and store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature
