Berry Protein Smoothie

This thick, creamy, naturally sweet smoothie is full of berries, greek yogurt and protein powder. No pre-planning required. Just blend and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 40 grams of protein powder (your favorite flavor)
  • 3/4 cup of greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 3 cups of frozen mixed berries
  • orange juice or almond milk (for thinning)

Instructions

  • Combine the frozen berries, greek yogurt and protein powder with a splash of orange juice or almond milk and blend on medium speed until the ingredients are completely combined
  • Add additional orange juice or almond milk until the smoothies reaches your desired consistency
  • Enjoy immediately or chill in an airtight container for up to 24 hours
