Berry Protein Smoothie
This thick, creamy, naturally sweet smoothie is full of berries, greek yogurt and protein powder. No pre-planning required. Just blend and enjoy!

- 40 grams of protein powder (your favorite flavor)
- 3/4 cup of greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 3 cups of frozen mixed berries
- orange juice or almond milk (for thinning)
Combine the frozen berries, greek yogurt and protein powder with a splash of orange juice or almond milk and blend on medium speed until the ingredients are completely combined
Add additional orange juice or almond milk until the smoothies reaches your desired consistency
Enjoy immediately or chill in an airtight container for up to 24 hours
