You will need a bun, a golfball sized portion of ground beef, 1 large egg and some cheese for each breakfast sandwich you want to make
Place a large skillet over medium high heat, place your ground beef into the skillet, cover with a small piece of parchment paper and use a meat press or large flat bottom glass to press the ground beef out very thin
Generously season the ground beef and let it cook undisturbed until the bottom forms a crisp crust
Flip the smashburger, add your favorite cheese and let the burger cook until the cheese melts and set the burgers aside for now
Place a skillet over medium heat, add your eggs and cook to your liking
Assemble the breakfast sandwiches by placing the smashburger onto the bottom bun, top with your egg, some baby greens and the top bun
Enjoy warm or let cool, wrap in parchment paper and chill in an airtight container until ready to enjoy!
