Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of caramel protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
