Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Add the carrots and 1/2 cup of beef stock into the food processor and mix on high until pureed
Add 2 cups of old fashioned oats, 2 teaspoons of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and a large egg into the carrot puree and blend until fine and fully combined
Transfer the carrot mixture onto a generously floured surface. Sprinkle with additional flour and knead until a soft, non-sticky dough forms. If necessary, add additional flour until the dough is no longer sticky
Roll the dough out into a large circle or rectangle that is approximately 1/2 inch thick
Using cookie cutters, cut out preferred shapes and transfer them onto a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake on a middle rack at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes
Transfer the baking sheet onto a cool rack and allow the treats to cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them directly onto the cooling rack
Allow the treats to cool fully before servingĀ
Store treats in an air tight container at room temperature for 4-5 days or freeze them for up to 3 months
