Chia Pudding with Cherries & Chocolate

A thick and creamy chia pudding with sweet cherries and chunks of chocolate. Perfect for when you want dessert for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup of your favorite milk
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of honey, agave or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of sweet cherries, pitted (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 cup of your favorite milk, 1/2 cup of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of honey, agave or pure maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract until fully combined, cover and chill for at least an hour (overnight is best!)
  • Spoon the chia pudding into serving dishes and top with cherries and chopped chocolate
