Chocolate Ganache
A simple, successful chocolate ganache recipe requiring 2 ingredients and only 10 minutes.

- 1/3 cup of chocolate, chopped (preferably semi-sweet or dark)
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream, hot
Heat 1/4 cup of heavy cream to just before simmering in a saucepan over medium high heat or in a microwave for about 20 seconds
Pour the hot heavy cream over 1/3 cup of chopped chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes undisturbed
After 5 minutes, whisk until smooth and glossy
Use immediately
