Classic Cole Slaw

- 3 medium carrots, peeled, julienned
- 1 small head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 medium head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/8 cup of honey, 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of celery salt, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon of onion salt and 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder in a medium bowl and stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined
Toss together the julienned carrots and thinly sliced red and green cabbage in a large bowl
Add the dressing and mix to combine
Serve chilled
