- 16 ounces of baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup of fresh dill, chopped
- 1/3 cup of sour cream or plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
Combine 1/3 cup of sour cream or plain greek yogurt with 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of rice wine or white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of black pepper in a large bowl
Add 16 ounces of thinly sliced baby cucumbers, 1/3 cup of thinly sliced red onions and 1/3 cup of chopped fresh dill and mix until completely combined
Chill in an airtight container for up to 3 days
