Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
A creamy, rich twist on the classic poppyseed dressing with no oil needed!

- 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt (full fat recommended) or mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of milk (whole or almond milk)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of poppyseeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- a pinch of celery salt, dry mustard or turmeric (optional)
Combine all of the ingredients and whisk vigorously until completely combined. Taste and add optional spices or seasoning, if desired.
Serve immediately or chill in an airtight container
