Espresso Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of heavy cream, cold
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of espresso powder
  • 3 tablespoons of confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl 
  • Use an electric hand mixer to whip the ingredients until soft or stiff peaks have formed
  • Use immediately or chill in an airtight container
