Espresso Whipped Cream

- 2/3 cup of heavy cream, cold
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of espresso powder
- 3 tablespoons of confectioners sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
Use an electric hand mixer to whip the ingredients until soft or stiff peaks have formed
Use immediately or chill in an airtight container
