A naturally sweet, well balanced fruit salad, just perfect for summertime.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of pineapple, diced
  • 2/3 cup of kiwi, peeled, diced
  • 2/3 cup of seedless grapes, whole or halved
  • 2 clementines, peeled, separated
  • 2/3 cup of blueberries
  • 2/3 cup of strawberries, quartered
  • 2/3 cup of blackberries
  • 2/3 cup of raspberries
  • 2/3 cup of golden berries, halved
  • fresh mint, fresh citrus juice or honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl
  • Add fresh mint, fresh citrus juice or honey, if necessary
  • Serve immediately or chill in an airtight container
