Fresh Fruit Salad
A naturally sweet, well balanced fruit salad, just perfect for summertime.

- 2/3 cup of pineapple, diced
 - 2/3 cup of kiwi, peeled, diced
 - 2/3 cup of seedless grapes, whole or halved
 - 2 clementines, peeled, separated
 - 2/3 cup of blueberries
 - 2/3 cup of strawberries, quartered
 - 2/3 cup of blackberries
 - 2/3 cup of raspberries
 - 2/3 cup of golden berries, halved
 - fresh mint, fresh citrus juice or honey (optional)
 
 
Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl
Add fresh mint, fresh citrus juice or honey, if necessary
Serve immediately or chill in an airtight container
