Frozen Horchata Latte

A frosty twist on the classic Mexican sweet rice milk drink with coffee, cream and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of strongly brewed coffee or double shot of espresso
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of horchata
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of ice
  • whipped cream (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until frothy 
  • Top with whipped cream
