Garlic Herb Breadcrumbs

- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 cup of your favorite herbs, fresh or dried, finely chopped
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs (panko, traditional or homemade)
Place a skillet over medium heat and add 4 tablespoons of butterĀ
As soon as the butter has melted, add 2 finely minced garlic cloves and cook while stirring for 60 seconds and the transfer off of the heat
Stir in 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh herbs and 2 cups of breadcrumbs and toss until fully combinedĀ
Add over pasta before baking or use as a garnish for soup or salads
