Garlic Herb Croutons
Buttery, golden brown croutons seasoned with garlic and herbs.

- 6 inches of a loaf of soft French or Italian bread
- 4 tablespoon of salted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tablespoon of dried herbs, finely chopped
Cut your french bread into large cubes, removing the crust as you go
Place 4 tablespoons of butter into a large skillet and place it over medium heat
Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and herbs
Cook for 60 seconds, stirring consistently
Add the bread cubes and toss until they are all coated in the melted butter, garlic and herbs
Cook, stirring occasionally, until all of the croutons are golden and crisp
