Garlic Herb Croutons

Buttery, golden brown croutons seasoned with garlic and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 6 inches of a loaf of soft French or Italian bread
  • 4 tablespoon of salted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoon of dried herbs, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Cut your french bread into large cubes, removing the crust as you go
  • Place 4 tablespoons of butter into a large skillet and place it over medium heat
  • Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and herbs
  • Cook for 60 seconds, stirring consistently
  • Add the bread cubes and toss until they are all coated in the melted butter, garlic and herbs
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until all of the croutons are golden and crisp
