- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
Combine all of the ingredients and whisk vigorously.
Taste and add additional maple syrup or salt, if necessary.
