Peach & Poblano Salsa
Sweet, juicy peaches in a salsa? Absolutely!
Ingredients
- 1 large peach, diced
- 1 medium poblano, diced
- 1/3 cup of red onion, diced
- 1/3 cup of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
- a pinch of salt and black pepper
