A fresh, raw topping with tomatoes, red onions, jalapeƱos and cilantro that pairs perfectly with everything from eggs to tacos and nachos to salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 vine ripened tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small jalapeƱo, finely diced (seeds removed)
  • a small bundle of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients and add salt and black pepper to taste
  • Enjoy immediately or chill in an airtight container
