Pineapple Ginger & Turmeric Wellness Shots

- 1 1/2 cups of fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2 oranges, quartered
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1/3 cup of fresh ginger
- 1/3 cup of fresh turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup of coconut water
Combine 1 1/2 cups of fresh pineapple, 2 quartered oranges, 1 quartered lemon, 1/3 cup of fresh ginger broken into pieces, 1/3 cup of fresh turmeric broken int pieces, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, a pinch of cayenne pepper and 1 cup of coconut water in a blender
Blend until completely broken down
Place a mesh sifter over a large bowl (optionally line with cheese cloth)
Pour the mixture into the sifter and press until all of the juice has been transferred into the bowl
Transfer the juice into small glass bottles
Chill until ready to enjoy
