Pineapple Mango Smoothie Bowl

- 16 ounces of mango, cubed, frozen
- 2 cups of fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 cup of pineapple juice (for thinning)

- fresh fruit (optional garnish)
- yogurt (optional garnish)
Combine 16 ounces of frozen mango, 2 cups of fresh pineapple, 1 medium banana and 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt in a blender or large food processor
Blend until smooth
Add 1/4-1/2 cup of pineapple juice to thin to your desired consistency and blend to combine
Serve garnished with granola, fresh fruit or yogurt (optional)
