Pineapple Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of mango, cubed, frozen
  • 2 cups of fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of pineapple juice (for thinning)
  • granola (optional garnish)
  • fresh fruit (optional garnish)
  • yogurt (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Combine 16 ounces of frozen mango, 2 cups of fresh pineapple, 1 medium banana and 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt in a blender or large food processor
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add 1/4-1/2 cup of pineapple juice to thin to your desired consistency and blend to combine
  • Serve garnished with granola, fresh fruit or yogurt (optional)
