Protein Packed Ranch Dressing

A thick and creamy ranch dressing full of protein, antioxidants, probiotics, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill (or 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chives (or 1/2 teaspoon of dried chives)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (or 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • fresh lemon juice (to taste)
  • milk (for thinning)

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until fairly smooth
  • Add fresh lemon juice to taste
  • Add a splash of milk if thinning is desired
  • Chill leftovers in a airtight container
