Protein Packed Ranch Dressing
A thick and creamy ranch dressing full of protein, antioxidants, probiotics, vitamins and minerals.

- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of fresh dill (or 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chives (or 1/2 teaspoon of dried chives)
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (or 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley)
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- fresh lemon juice (to taste)
- milk (for thinning)
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until fairly smooth
Add fresh lemon juice to taste
Add a splash of milk if thinning is desired
Chill leftovers in a airtight container
