- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Combine 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream and 3/4 cup of whole milk in a small sauce pan and place over medium heat
As soon as the cream and milk begin to simmer, remove the pan from the heat and transfer it onto a heat proof surface
Whisk the remaining ingredients into the hot milk and cream
Whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated
Allow the creamer to cool to room temperature
Transfer the creamer into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator
