Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  • Combine 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream and 3/4 cup of whole milk in a small sauce pan and place over medium heat
  • As soon as the cream and milk begin to simmer, remove the pan from the heat and transfer it onto a heat proof surface
  • Whisk the remaining ingredients into the hot milk and cream
  • Whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated
  • Allow the creamer to cool to room temperature 
  • Transfer the creamer into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator
