Raspberry Coulis
A simple sauce made with fresh raspberries that can be used on ice cream, pancakes or cheesecake.

- 10 ounces of fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch (if thickening if desired)
Combine 10 ounces of fresh raspberries, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of orange juice and a teaspoon of vanilla extract into a saucepan and place over medium heat
Simmer until the raspberries begin to break down
Use immediately or blend until smooth
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
