Flaky salmon served with fluffy rice, veggies, soy sauce and sesame seeds.

- 2 small salmon filets, cooked and flaked
- 1 1/2 cups of rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup of carrots, thinly sliced or julienned
- 1/2 cup of cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 of a small cucumber, sliced into ribbons
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds (black or white)
- soy sauce
Cook 1 1/2 cups of your favorite rice according the manufacturers instructions
Cook and flake salmon (recipes above)
Slice veggies
Combine ingredients in a shallow bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions and drizzle with soy sauce
