Southwest Corn & Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup of sweet corn, drained
  • 1 small red onion, minced
  • 1 small jalapeño, minced
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lime
  • a pinch of salt, black pepper and tajín seasoning

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients in a large bowl
  • Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the salsa and season with a pinch of salt, black pepper and tajín seasoning
  • Enjoy!
