Super Green Salad

A super healthy, vitamin packed, totally delicious salad packed full of greens.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of romaine, thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces of baby arugula
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 cup of fresh snap peas
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 medium avocado, diced
  • 1/2 medium Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1/8 cup of jalapeƱo or pepperoncini (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of creamy avocado dressing

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl
  • Add your preferred amount of dressing and toss to combine
  • Enjoy!
