Tropical Coconut Smoothie

A thick, creamy smoothie with the tropical flavors of coconut, mangos, pineapples and fresh ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of full fat greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 40 grams of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 large bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup of coconut shreds
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup of pineapple, chopped
  • 1 large mango, peeled
  • additional coconut or almond milk (for thinning)

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  • Add additional coconut or almond milk to thin if necessary
  • Chill leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days
