Vanilla Chantilly Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup confectioners sugar

Instructions

  • Combine 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract in a stand mixer
  • Begin whipping on medium high and as soon as the cream begins to thicken, add 1/8 cup of confectioners sugar while you continue to whip on medium high
  • Stop whipping once soft peaks have formed
