Watermelon Sherbet

A light, refreshing summer treat with only two simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups of seedless watermelon, diced
  • 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Cube about 5 cups of seedless watermelon and place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  • Freeze the watermelon cubes for 2 hours or until solid
  • Transfer the frozen watermelon cubes into a food processor along with 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
  • Blend until smooth
  • Transfer into an airtight freezer proof bowl and freeze until firm
  • Enjoy!
