Whipped Avocado Cream
A smooth, creamy avocado dip with fresh limes and crema.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, peeled, pit removed
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of Mexican crema or full fat sour cream
- a pinch of salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Combine everything in a food processor or blender
- Blend until smooth
- Serve immediately
