To make 2 small smoothies or 1 meal replacement sized smoothie, gather 1/4 cup of caramel protein powder, 1 1/2 cups of almond milk, 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of pure pumpkin purée, 1 frozen banana, 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice.
Combine everything in your blender and blender until smooth and frothy.
Divide your delicious, creamy smoothie between two glasses and maybe top with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
