Begin by combining 1 cup of your favorite white rice with 13.5 ounces of full fat coconut milk, 1/3 cup of water, a pinch of salt and a pinch of granulated sugar in a small saucepan and place it over medium high heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook the rice according to the manufacturers directions.
Fluff the rice and enjoy!

Creamy Coconut Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup of white rice
- 13.5 ounces of full fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of water
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of granulated sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and place over medium high heat
- Once the liquid is boiling, cover the saucepan and cook according to manufacturers instructions
- Once the rice is done cooking, keep the saucepan covered and let the rice sit off of the heat for about 10 minutes
- Fluff the rice and enjoy!
