This creamy jalapeño ranch dressing is great for so many reasons. To start with, the flavor is amazing. Garlicky, creamy, zesty with just the right amount of spice… perfect as a salad dressing, chip dip or over tacos, this dressing is great with everything!
Let’s get it started…
Gather 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning (1 ounce), 1 cup of a good quality mayonnaise (I love Dukes), 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup of cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder and a pinch of fresh ground black pepper.
Place everything into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer the dressing into a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for an hour or so before serving.
This dressing is one of my all time favorites and once you whip yourself up a batch, you will know why….
Enjoy!
