Ginger Dijon Dressing

This ginger dijon dressing is my new favorite. It is sweet, tangy and exploding with wonderful, bright flavors. This dressing works well on so many salads and as a quick, flavorful marinade for chicken and fish.

Let’s get started…

Like most dressings, this ginger dijon dressing is super easy to bring together and can be done by hand or in a food processor.

Simply combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of very finely minced ginger, 1 teaspoon of very finely minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt and black pepper. You can whisk the ingredients vigorously to combine, but there is a limit to how creamy and cohesive that this dressing will become when mixed by hand. If you want the dressing fully incorporated and creamy, give it a few pulses in the food processor or blender.

That’s it! Now you have a super flavorful ginger dijon dressing to dress your salads with or marinade your chicken or fish in. It is tangy, salty, tart and sweet and you are going to love it!
