Basil Seed Pudding

A thick and creamy healthy pudding perfect for breakfast, brunch or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite milk
  • 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
  • a splash of pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons of basil seeds

Instructions

  • Whisk everything together until smooth - use 1 tablespoon of basil seeds for a pudding with a thinner consistency and 2 tablespoons for a thicker pudding
  • Set aside for 5 minutes and then whisk again to ensure all of the basil seeds are incorporated
  • Rest for 20 minutes or chill in an airtight container for up for 4 days
  • Enjoy with granola and fresh berries
