Basil Seed Pudding

- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of your favorite milk
- 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
- a splash of pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons of basil seeds
Whisk everything together until smooth - use 1 tablespoon of basil seeds for a pudding with a thinner consistency and 2 tablespoons for a thicker pudding
Set aside for 5 minutes and then whisk again to ensure all of the basil seeds are incorporated
Rest for 20 minutes or chill in an airtight container for up for 4 days
Enjoy with granola and fresh berries
