- 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of dill pickle, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, finely chopped
- a pinch of black pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl, whisk well and taste to see if additional lemon juice of black pepper is desired
Use immediately or chill until ready
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
